Only subscribed users may download our WordPress theme on our Website. Theme license
Our themes are licensed completely under the General public license. The themes are 100% General public license compatible. The General public license permits you to use our themes for both private and commercial purposes on different domains.
Refund policy
In the event of you buy one of our themes you are not satisfied with our product, you may request a full refund for up to 30 days. You can send us an email explaining why you want a refund. Copyright
The images we used in our themes are all downloaded from free image sites. Hence, you can use the images freely for personal and commercial use without any attribution. While writing theme codes, the WordPress coding standards were fully taken care of (https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Coding_Standards).
As UltraPress.org asks others to respect our intellectual property rights, we also respect your intellectual property rights. If you believe that any material/ content located on or linked to UltraPress.org violates your copyright, you can notify us via email. We will respond to all such notices immediately and if found guilty will remove the infringing material or disable all links to the infringing material.
Your account’s security
You are totally responsible to maintain the security of your Account. In case of any security breaches or unauthorized uses of your Account, you must immediately notify us. You will shortly receive a confirmation response from our support department. Any attempt at unauthorized access to the Website or services is considered illegal and will be prosecuted. We will be responsible to block or close your account in such cases.
Warranty
Our WordPress themes work perfectly on the latest WordPress version. However, we do not provide you a guarantee of any results from using the website. For any major damage, while you use our themes, we shall not be liable that.
Pricing
The prices of themes are constantly changing. You are liable to pay the amount mentioned on the theme at the exact time of the purchase. Furthermore, you shall not pay any taxes and the amounts displayed on the site are final.
We offer a premium theme on a subscription basis. You will have access to service, support, and updates free for a year. Your yearly subscription begins the day that you pay for the plan of your choice. Your subscription is renewed automatically at the end of your subscription period. Our Payment Processor will send you a confirmation e-mail 15 days and 7 days prior to the end of your subscription to verify the renewal of your subscription. If you wish to terminate the use or didn’t receive the email you can email us to cancel the subscription.
Payment system
We use a third-party payment processor to bill Users. Each User will pay the fees via our Website. By confirming an order to purchase our product, you agree to pay us all charges to the prices mentioned for the applicable order via the Payment Processor. You further authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider (Payment Method).
The terms of payment will rely on your Payment Method and will be determined by terms between you and the credit card issuer, financial institution, or any other provider of your Payment Method. Your continued use of the Services or non-termination authorizes us to deduct the charge via your selected Payment Method.
Termination of your use of the services
You can terminate the use of our Services by terminating your Account at any time. Any fees paid to us before the termination is non-refundable. We will continue to store your personal information even after the termination of your account. However, you can request to delete all your information and data from the system via email. We will send you a receipt for confirmation and your information will be deleted from the system.
Suspension & disablement of your account
If a user is found to breach any laws or these terms and conditions, Uncode themes shall instantly suspend the User’s Account without any notice and reserves all the right to take the necessary action as it considers appropriate, including but not limited to legal action against such User.
We reserve the full right to immediately terminate/ suspend the User’s Account or access to the Website without prior notice, where Uncode themes has the opinion that the User has violated any law or regulation. The desirable or necessary action will be taken without the liability to make any refund. Uncode themes has the sole and absolute discretion to finalize whether the user has violated any terms and such decision shall be final. Users with disabled accounts cannot purchase themes on our Website.
Service availability disclaimer
We will make any possible efforts to make sure that our Website is available at all times. However, it cannot be a guarantee that the website or any services of the Website will always be available or error-free. During periods of essential maintenance and upgrades, the website might be unavailable.
Modification
UltraPress.org can amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. The date of revision will be stated at the end of the website. Notice will be given on the website user interface or via the email address associated with your Account. If you do not agree to the changes, you can either email us for necessary action or terminate your account immediately.
