Refund Policy
We develop our themes with extreme care and go through several tests before we launch them. UltraPress.org believes that our products will work smoothly without any issues. If you have any problem, you can ask our support desk to solve the issue. In case you face a major problem and we cannot solve it, Uncodethemes is ready to refund fully. The refund can be claimed only if the theme is not working correctly or if missing features as shown on the sales page of the item.
Before asking for a refund
If you have brought an item from our website and you are experiencing a technical issue, we recommend you to contact us and seek assistance. Our authors are often able to help to troubleshoot your problem.
We understand that sometimes the author cannot solve your issue. For such circumstances, we provide the refund warranted. Before submitting the request for a refund request, you must go through our extensive documentation about the theme you have purchased. You need to be sure that your server fulfills the specifications that are required for the Product and also WordPress in general. Then you can create a new ticket with the support staff and ask for a refund.
Conditions for a refund
In the event that you buy one of our themes and you are not satisfied with our product, you may request a full refund for up to 14 days. You can send us an email explaining why you want a refund. At the expiration of the 14 days, you agree that no refunds shall be available. You can claim a refund for the following cases :
- If the item is materially different from the one in the description or preview
- If a theme has a security vulnerability that cannot be fixed (If the security issue can be fixed the author fixes it promptly by updating the item)
- If your item is included in the item support list and yet you don’t receive the support as per support policy, you can ask for a refund.
- If the purchased item has not been downloaded within 3 months from the purchase date, you are eligible for a refund ( you need to provide the support team with your purchase code to verify your claim).
Conditions for a declined refund
We will not be able to refund your purchase in the situations mentioned below:
- After 30 days from the purchase date
- If you don’t have any of the issues listed above, you cannot ask for a refund just because you changed your mind or the item did not meet your expectations ( we are happy to answer your pre-sale questions and provide you with documentation of the product).
- If you claim that you bought an item by mistake
- If the issue in our theme has been caused by third-party plugins or other software that we didn’t guarantee our compatibility,
- If your team doesn’t have sufficient expertise to use the item
- If you do not have proof ( most likely a screenshot or link) about the issue you claim to have
- If you didn’t contact the support team for help
- Poor Web Server Configuration that doesn’t meet the requirement of WordPress or denies PHP, MySQL version update
- The Issues with Demo Import as it depends on the hosting service.
By purchasing a theme(s) from UltraPress.org, you agree to the terms of this refund policy. You relinquish any rights to subject any questions, legal action, or judgment about the issue.
